Specifically designed, tested and projected to join the design of modern multipurpose and maxi-enduro bikes, SC-Project developed the Adventure muffler for the Harley Davidson Pan America 1250 in full compliance with Euro-5 regulations.
The Adventure silencer is manufactured with high quality titanium and a carbon fiber end cap made in autoclave with a very typical double output. All the technical solutions and the design of this muffler has been tested all over the world during very long-distance travels in the most several conditions, both on road and especially off-road use. All the components in titanium and Aisi304 stainless steel are welded with TIG technology (in protected environment) and the internal bushings are CNC machined from solid block: excellent couplings, top quality materials and high technology production processes are necessary to offer the best durability, quality and performance.
For the Harley Davidson Pan America 1250, the Adventure muffler allows to save weight (- 1,1 kg if compared to the OEM exhaust) and to get a maximum gain of 1,5 hp and 1.1 Nm of torque @ 7700 rpm, together with a stable improvement of power and torque delivery in the low and mid-range.
Options available: titanium color or ceramic matt-black color.
