Clearly inspired by dusty deserts, the Rally Raid muffler is the result of SC-Project experience during the most extreme off-road competitions. The materials used, the production process, the global manufacturing accuracy and even the design and the volume of this silencer, has been calculated and tested to be a real benchmark for the multi-purpose bikes like Triumph Tiger 900.

The Rally Raid silencer is totally manufactured with high quality titanium with a very typical and aggressive end cap which recalls the intense off-road use. All the technical solutions applied on this product have been tested all over the world during very long distance trips in the most severe conditions, both on road and especially off-road use. All the components are welded with TIG technology (in protected environment) and the internal bushings are CNC machined from solid block: excellent couplings, top quality materials and high technology production processes are necessary to offer the best durability, quality and performance.

Everything has been developed to offer a superbe sound experience, for this application the muffler comes with removable db-killer: the noise level with db-killer is 93 dB / w-out db-killer is 97 dB @ 4375 rpm. The sound of the 3-cylinders engine combined with SC-Project voice will be simply exciting.

For the Triumph Tiger 900, the Rally Raid muffler is provided with allows to save weight (-57% if compared to the OEM exhaust) and to get a maximum gain of 2.1 hp and 2.5 Nm of torque @ 8800 rpm, together with a stable improvement of power and torque delivery in the low and mid range.

The installation is plug-and-play, ECU remapping is not necessary. This silencer is suitable with OEM side cases and comes with a precious carbon fiber heat shield.
