The complete 4-2-1 exhaust system for the new BMW S 1000 RR comes directly from the experience of the racing department of SC-Project in the MotoGP, Moto2, SBK, Endurance World Championships and Tourist Trophy. No compromise, maximum performance. For this realization we have used the best technologies. The male / female bushings are made of CNC machined titanium, in order to guarantee the best fit. The joint bushings of this exhaust system are also made using the last-generation technology, designed for particularly demanding uses and capable of increasing durability and resistance to consumption and oxidation. This technology is used exclusively on the exhausts supplied to the official teams in worldwide competitions: starting from now, SC-Project makes this highly advanced technical solution available to the end customer, be it a private team or an amatorial rider. The complete is built entirely in reduced thickness titanium, with T.I.G. welding performed in a controlled environment. It is supplied with lambda probe connections. The mounting springs have metal covers (no in rubber) to support the maximum stresses. The complete is supplied with the SC1-R silencer with high resistance external body in carbon fiber For this complete racing, the silencer is equipped with a removable Decibel Killer to allow you to vary use and noise according to the limitations of the track. The kit includes all the small parts for plug and play assembly. For perfect performance, throttle response and durability, ECU remapping is recommended.
