Zard Craftsmanship & Technology

Zard products are the perfect symbiosis between craftsmanship and technology.
We only use the highest quality raw materials: AISI 304 stainless steel tubes and sheets, titanium, and carbon.
The TIG – MIG/MAG welds are handmade by specialized operators and the black ceramic treatment used for painting the exhausts resists up to a temperature of over 1000°C.
Each system is tested on the road and on the test bench, and every production step is carried out with utmost care, attention, and authentic passion.

Custom Configurations

Please note: The request for a product configuration other than the standard one is considered a special process and will be quoted separately.
The Zard brand is present on every product.

Approvals

Products available in the approved version are marked as “approved” in the options list.
Important: Removal of the DB killer in approved exhausts voids both the homologation and the warranty.

The Ministry of Transport has officially authorized Officine Italiane Zard to produce motorcycle exhausts approved throughout the European Union.
Zard exhausts comply with high quality standards and adhere to European directives for exhaust system approval (Directive 97/24/EC, EU Regulation 134/2014).

Each approved Zard exhaust system bears a stamped approval number and includes a certificate that must be shown to police during inspections.
Approved exhausts are considered equivalent to the original OEM unit and should not be replaced during motorcycle inspections.
