The R&D department of SC-Project has designed and developed the SC1R-GT muffler to join the sporty design of “cruiser” bikes with the dimensions required by big bikes like Harley Davidson Pan America 1250.
This silencer represents the top-quality level of SC-Project products range and it has been projected and manufactured for resisting long distance use. Everything about this silencer has been made to offer the highest quality and performance experience: the best materials with advanced production process like the TIG weldings manufactured in protected environment, the sound-absorbing material resistant to very high temperatures, the internal bushings CNC machined from solid block, the exit pipe obtained by hydroforming technology and finally the unique and aggressive carbon fiber end cap. The SC1-R GT silencer is a real piece of art, technology and design 100% Made in Italy.
For the Pan America 1250, this exhaust comes in a “racing” version with removable baffle and with a racing link pipe included, which allows to remove the compensator but to keep the original catalyst installed: everything has been developed to offer a superbe sound experience without exceeding with noise during long travels: 96 dB @ 3800 rpm (with dB-killer) and 98 dB @ 3800 rpm (without dB-killer).
The SC1-R GT muffler allows to save weight (-3.8 kg if compared to the OEM exhaust) and to gain + 5,5 hp and + 8,1 Nm of torque @ 5000 rpm.
Options available: titanium color or ceramic matt-black color.
